I’ve been having a hard time finding inclusive books for Halloween. This book starts off with the main character seeing vividly colored apples and leaves and other things we associate with Fall. About half way through he sees a jack o’lantern and the next five pages are filled with Halloween imagery. Yay! I can add this one to my very short list. In addition to a Halloween themed story time this would be great for a Fall or nature themed story time.
